The Vender area will have two types of booths

About half will be under an awning with a cement floor, the remainder will be in a open grassy field, which will require each vender to bring their own shelter

Cost of the booths in the grassy area, will be - $25

Cost of the booths under the awning, will be - $35

All booths will be very near the Food Court for increased traffic

Booth dimensions under the covered area 9' X 9'

Booth size for the grassy area can be up to 12' X 12'

Booths will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis If you do not have a shelter, we would suggest that you reserve your space early so that you can have first pick at a covered booth

Booths must be completely set up by the Show opening time at 9:00AM

Take down and cleanup can be started at 12:15PM and must be completed by 1:00PM

No electricity will be available, but booths in the grassy area may bring a generator IF it is a quiet one

Items may be taped taped or tied to the columns, but all tape and ropes must be removed at the end of the Show

No staples, nails, or anything else that may damage the columns, may be used

Venders may not dig holes, drive in stakes, or do anything that will damage the surface of the ground or cement

Southernmost Car Show reserves the right to not accept a Vender application for whatever reason we may deem necessary

Any Vender found to be disrupting the event in any way, will be asked to leave and their Vendor fee will be refunded
