GENERAL HELP

General Help for the Registration page

This page has the main menu on top for navigating the entire website. Right under it, is word REGISTRATION, identifying this as the page you went to after you clicked on REGISTRATION form any of the other pages. Right below the page identifier is the page updated time stamp. This tells you when then page was last updated
is the sub-menu that is only for this page. These sub-tabs will be continuously updated as information comes in pertaining to the particular section. This will be information such as, details for a specific event, a new Hotel coming on board with discounts, updates to the schedule, offers from local merchants, etc.

When you click on any of the tabs, except for the REGISTRATION-FORM tab, you will jump to the page for that tab. Any tab that you jump to, will also have this exact sub-menu so that you can navigate around the different tabs without having to first go to the REGISTRATION tab and then to the sub tab. In other words, you can navigate from sub-tab to sub-tab, just like you do from page to page on the entire site.

If for any reason, you are not able to access the REGISTRATION FORM on the Web, our you would like a printed copy, call or email us (see the CONTACT-US section of the bottom menu) and we will either send you a form or we will enter the online information for you and mail you the receipts.

This section will contain all the auxiliary forms that may be necessary. Forms to purchase extra t-shirts, add a new guest, update already submitted information, document upload forms, etc. Most of the time, you will be automatically linked to a form from another form or paragraph, or you can come here on your own.

HOTEL_ACCOMODATIONS

This page contains all you need to register at a hotel, including pricing structure, and their cancellation policies. Please keep in mind that we only have a LIMITED AMOUNT OF DISCOUNTED rooms and that this event will be during a very busy weekend where you stand the chance of losing out on the discounts because the block of rooms was all reserved. PLEASE register and reserve your rooms early to take advantage of the discounts!

REGISTRATION_FORM

Help for the REGISTRATION_FORM sub-menu of the Registration page

When you click on this tab, the main registration form for the event will open in a new window and this page will remain open. Please fill out one form per car and on each form, you can enter the driver and up to 3 guests. If you have additional guests, there will be a form in the FORMS section for you to add them later.

IMPORTANT before you register, make sure that if you will be participating as a Club, that your club is registered with us (see the Menu CLUBS tab) so that you can get credit towards the FREE goodies for Club participation.
